Periods 2 and 5 (Lawyers): Write a 1 page argument summarizing your group's position on the Sante Fe v. Doe case. Make sure to provide constitutional evidence to support your position, and anticipate/respond to opposing arguments.
Periods 2 and 5 (Supreme Court Justices): Compose a list of questions for each of the groups presenting written arguments on Tuesday: Santa Fe School Board, Catholic and Mormon families, "Student Majority" and the First Amendment Center.
Period 6: Cornell Notes for We the People Lesson 24 (handout). Use section headings for questions.
